Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and Fitting:

Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Fit and align parts and subassemblies to ensure proper function and fit. Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks.

Quality Control:

Conduct visual inspections of components and completed systems to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process.

Troubleshooting:

Test and troubleshoot systems to detect and solve technical problems.

Maintenance and Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure proper storage and handling of tools and materials.

Following Procedures:

Adhere to safety procedures and regulations. Follow established work instructions and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.

Other Skills:

Attention to detail and precision. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.

Experience:

Previous experience in assembly or fitting roles is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Vocational training or certification in related fields is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry objects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
