Reads engineering drawings to determine the specifications of components to be assembled/constructed.
Cleans components received from the shop floor/stores.
Checks and deburrs components.
Ensures proper fitment of all mating parts according to drawing requirements.
Inserts o-rings, back-up rings, soft seals, and thrust washers into the components.
Conducts pressure testing on the test bench.
During pressure testing, observes and identifies the root cause of any issues.
Coordinates with the QC department to have the assembled product checked.
Maintains an assembly register for all new products.
Ensures a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
Collaborates with other department members to assemble products.

Attend Daily Assembly Department Meetings
Skill Requirements
Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings
Good in Pressure testing
