Job Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies of meat cutting machines and related equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions. Fit, align, and check components using appropriate tools and instruments. Perform drilling, grinding, tapping, and minor fitting works as required. Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and safety compliance in machine assembly. Collaborate with the QC and production team to resolve assembly issues. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the assembly area.

Key Requirements:

ITI (Fitter/Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent qualification. 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in assembly and fitting (machine/equipment manufacturing preferred). Ability to read mechanical drawings and use hand tools & measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and able to work in a shop-floor environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
