Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication & Assembly

Perform

cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and polishing

of SS materials used in conveyors and material handling systems. Assemble complete conveyor units including

chambers, pipelines, filters, and support frames

as per design drawings. Ensure accurate fitting, alignment, and leak-proof finishing of welded joints. Carry out

trial assembly and testing

before dispatch.

2. Technical Skills

Perform

TIG welding (GTAW)

on thin and thick SS sheets/tubes with neat finishing suitable for food/pharma standards. Operate fabrication tools such as

cutting machines, grinders, bending machines, and polishing tools

. Read and interpret

mechanical drawings, P&ID, and layout diagrams

. Understand and follow

surface finish requirements (mirror/matt polishing)

3. Quality & Inspection

Conduct

self-inspection

of fabricated components for dimensions, weld quality, and surface finish. Coordinate with the

Quality Control team

for final inspection and documentation. Ensure products meet company standards for

cleanliness, accuracy, and performance

.

4. Teamwork & Documentation

Work closely with

design, assembly, and maintenance teams

to resolve technical issues. Record daily work updates and fabrication progress. Provide feedback for

design improvements

based on fabrication challenges.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
