Job Title:

Assembly Engineer

Location:

MIDC Talegaon, Pune (Manufacturing Plant)

Qualification:

Diploma Holder (Any Engineering Stream)

Experience:

1 to 5 Years (Relevant Experience Preferred)

Industry Preference:

Plastic / FMCG / Packaging / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

assembly of small plastic parts and components

as per defined work instructions and quality standards

Operate and monitor assembly machines

and semi-automatic equipment used in plastic component assembly Ensure

accurate fitting, alignment, and finishing

of small plastic items Perform

routine checks, basic troubleshooting

, and minor adjustments of assembly machines Maintain

production output, cycle time, and quality norms

as per company standards Identify and report

defects, deviations, or machine issues

to supervisors or maintenance teams Follow

SOPs, safety guidelines, and housekeeping standards (5S)

on the shop floor Coordinate with

Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams

to ensure smooth operations Maintain basic

production and assembly records / logs

Willingness to work in

shift operations

, including rotational shifts if required

Required Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in

assembling small plastic components or precision parts

Basic knowledge of

assembly machines, tools, fixtures, and gauges

Understanding of

manufacturing processes, quality checks, and safety norms

Ability to

operate machines independently after training

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Willingness to work on the

shop floor and handle repetitive assembly tasks

Physically fit for production environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Candidate Profile

Diploma in any Engineering stream (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Polymer / Others acceptable) Experience in

Plastic Manufacturing / FMCG Packaging / Industrial Assembly

preferred Ready to work in

shifts

and adaptable to manufacturing schedules Fresh Diploma holders with relevant assembly exposure may also be considered
