New model assembly feasibility study on design cad data and confirmation to design team.
Coordination with design team and production team for assembly trials and should take lead on issues resolution
MOST calculation of process
Change management coordination
Assembly jigs/fixture design and development activities. Design-- >RFQ-- >PO-- >Manufacturing.
Competencies / Skills Technical/ Functional:
UG NX / Plant simulation / Process Simulate
MOST / 4- wheeler vehicle assembly knowledge
Auto -CAD , MS Office
