Job Description

The Smart Meter Assembly and Testing Technician is responsible for assembling, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting smart water meters to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work with precision tools and testing equipment.

Educational Background:

Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience:

1 -2 years of experience in electronics assembly and testing (preferred).

Knowledge of smart water meters or IoT devices is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).

Understanding of circuit diagrams and technical schematics.

Familiarity with communication protocols like LoRa, NB-IoT, or similar (optional but preferred).

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Work Environment:

Indoor production facility with a focus on precision work.

May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
