Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining 5s in the shop floor.
2. Ensure check sheet as defined & take necessary action for any abnormalities.
3. Knowledge to operate Crane & Lifting equipment's.
4. Knowledge on Measuring Instruments.
5. Knowledge to painting process
6. Through Knowledge to prepare, read & understand SOP, 1PL, MSDS, HIRA, AIA.
7. Manufacturing Knowledge to loading & unloading materials.
8. Knowledge to use respective jigs & fixtures for respective jobs.
9. Update Andon, Daily Production, CTQ, Breakdown & other reports.
10. Ensure quality product is manufactured as per requirement with relative documents.
11.Knowledge to handle OK, Rework & Rejected parts.
12.Manufacture of jobs within defined cycle time.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
1. ITI
2. Min. 3-4Yrs of Experience on Painting process and Assembly Process.
