Essential qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Veterinary/Management &/or Social Welfare Background)

Experience:

2 to 3 Years.

Salary:

(30K per month during probation period), with additional incentives based on performance and industry standards. This is SLIGHTLY negotiable according to experience & nature of work done before.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure overall project implementation under the supervision of the senior management.

Designing background of the initiative/projects.

Coordinate and Liaison with stakeholders (internal and external) for capacity building, information and data.

Monitor and evaluate progress of the project.

Draft monthly, quarterly and Annual Reports and submitting to the in charge.

Preparing, submitting and regular follow-ups of Project Proposals, EOI, Budget Report, Newsletter Updates, etc.

Planning and managing social media campaigns.

Site/field visits (as per requirements) for project implementation, monitoring, etc.

Timely reporting to the in charge.

Other Details:

Zeal to work in the Development Sector and Animal Welfare Sector.

Computer literacy must.

Good oral and written communication skills in Assamese, Hindi and English.

Preferably having own vehicle.

Willingness to travel for project related works (as per requirements).
