Job Summary HR Service Delivery, Associate Director
- Lead HR Service Delivery function, focusing on end-to-end HR operations and employee services.
- Drive strategy and process design for HR service delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex HR-related problems, requiring deep knowledge of HR operations and business goals.
- Set strategic direction and establish near-term goals for HR service delivery area(s) of responsibility.
- Engage with senior management (internal and client) to negotiate or influence significant HR-related matters.
- Exercise significant autonomy in decision-making, shaping objectives and critical assignments.
- Deliver solutions and improvements for HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee support.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a point of escalation for HR service delivery issues.
- Lead and manage large teams or significant workstreams, ensuring effective and efficient HR service provision.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Exhibit adaptability and flexibility, and consistently perform well under pressure.
- Role may involve rotational shift work to support HR service delivery across regions.
