Position Title: Technical ASP.NET Developer

Location: Remote

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time (Fixed Schedule)

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET framework (C#).Build and integrate React components seamlessly with backend APIs.Develop RESTful APIs and web services for application integration.Manage and optimize enterprise database systems for performance, reporting, and efficiency.Collaboration & Quality AssuranceCollaborate with global teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack.Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.Technical LeadershipApply SDLC methodologies and development best practices.Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Mentor junior developers when required.Required QualificationsTechnical Skills5-7 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET (C#) development.Strong experience with enterprise database systems (design, optimization, reporting).Proficient in React.js and modern frontend development practices.Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.Strong experience in RESTful API design and implementation.Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.Development PracticesStrong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation frameworks.Familiarity with clean code principles, design patterns, and code maintainability.Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging techniques.Soft Skills & Remote WorkExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks/libraries.Understanding of security best practices in web development.Prior experience in enterprise software environments.Technical EnvironmentPrimary Stack: ASP.NET (C#), React.js.Database: Enterprise-level systems.Development Tools: Visual Studio, Git, modern IDEs.Collaboration: Distributed global team.
