About the Role:

We are seeking experienced person to join as

Certified Assessors

under the Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council (LSSSDC) for the Skill India initiative. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating the competency of trainees against National Occupational Standards (NOS).

This is a prestigious opportunity to contribute to the skilling ecosystem of India by validating the workforce quality in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct practical and viva-voce assessments for trainees at designated training centers. Evaluate candidates on domain knowledge, soft skills, and practical safety protocols. Ensure assessments are conducted strictly as per LSSSDC and NSDC guidelines. Upload evidence (photos/videos) to the Skill India portal in a timely manner. Travel to assessment centers (Training Partners/Colleges/Industry floors) as assigned.

Domains & Qualifications Required

We are immediately hiring Assessors for the following three specific job roles. Please apply if you have expertise in

ANY

of the following:

1. Production Machine Operator - Non-Sterile Formulation

Focus Areas:

Compression, Coating, Granulation.

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience in operating or supervising manufacturing machines in a Pharma production unit (Tablet/Capsule).

Education:

Diploma in Pharmacy / B. Pharma / M. Pharma or B.Sc (Chemistry/Life Sciences) with relevant industrial experience.

2. Therapeutic Business Manager

Focus Areas:

Sales and Business Development in Anti-infectives, CNS (Central Nervous System), or Ophthalmology.

Required Experience:

Experience as a Medical Representative, Area Sales Manager, or Product Manager handling specific therapeutic segments.

Education:

B.Sc / B. Pharma / MBA (Marketing/Pharma Management).

3. Assistant - Maintenance (Pharma, Biologics, and Medical Device Facility)

Focus Areas:

Utilities, HVAC, Water Systems, and General Facility Maintenance within a regulated Pharma/Bio setup.

Required Experience:

Maintenance of plant utilities and support systems in a Life Sciences facility.

Education:

ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).

General Eligibility Criteria

Total Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of industrial work experience in the relevant domain is mandatory.

Certification:

Valid

ToA (Training of Assessor)

certification from LSSSDC is highly preferred. (Fresh applicants with strong industry experience willing to undergo ToA certification may also apply). (

but should not have affilation for more then 2 assessment agencies

Skills:

Good communication skills, integrity, and basic computer literacy (for uploading results).
