Founder's Office

not a routine accounting role

hands-on exposure role

business building, growth strategy, finance, investments, and decision-making at the founder level

Role Overview

You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to help

implement growth initiatives

, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Founder's Office in

growth strategy execution

Analyze business performance, revenue streams, and client data Work on

MIS, dashboards, and reporting

for management decisions Support evaluation of

new business ideas, products, and partnerships

Help in process improvement, documentation, and SOP creation Exposure to

wealth management, capital markets, advisory, PMS, AIFs

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance)
