Client handling.
Has to assign tasks to his/her team members based on priority.
Upgraded knowledge about the Student visa process.
Ensure timely submission of reports in proper formats as laid down by the management.
Achieving branch enrolment & visa targets
To help the team to implement a process to identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them
investment options and ensuring the highest level of service to the customer Ensure that training is given to the team members.
Conflict resolution.
