ASPICE Engineer: Experience: 5+Years Responsibilities: Deeply understand and apply Automotive SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination) framework based on ISO/IEC 15504. Ensure all engineering activities align with ASPICE process areas such as: SYS.1 / SYS.2 - System Requirements and Architecture SWE.1 / SWE.2 / SWE.3 / SWE.4 / SWE.5 / SWE.6 - Software Development Life Cycle SUP.1 / SUP.8 / SUP.9 / SUP.10 - Support processes like Configuration Management, Problem Resolution, and Quality Assurance. Define and implement ASPICE-compliant processes for system and software engineering. system and software requirements using tools like DOORS, Polarion. Work closely with system, software, and test teams to ensure adherence to ASPICE processes. Conduct process and work product reviews (design documents, test reports, etc.). Provide process coaching and training to project teams. Review project deliverables for ASPICE audit readiness. Ensure test planning, execution, and reporting align with ASPICE and ISO 26262 (if applicable). Validate that test coverage corresponds to requirement and design artifacts. Support functional safety and quality audits when integrated with ASPICE. Traceability Matrix (Requirements ? Design ? Code ?
