Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Android App Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads for Apps to drive scalable and profitable app installs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end user acquisition strategy (Paid + Organic). campaign optimization, and performance growth with a strong analytical and creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Android app install campaigns on Google Ads (App Campaigns/UAC) and Meta Ads

Develop and execute User Acquisition strategies combining paid marketing and organic growth

Optimize campaigns for CPI, CTR, CVR, and overall ROI

Design and manage effective campaign structures for scalability and performance

Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, bidding strategies, and formats

Implement and refine audience targeting strategies to acquire high-quality users

Analyze the full user acquisition funnel from impression to install and post-install events

Track, analyze, and report performance using Firebase, GA4, and other analytics tools

Collaborate with design and video teams to develop high-performing creative and video ad strategies

Apply basic ASO (App Store Optimization) practices including Play Store listing optimization to support paid installs

Scale app installs while maintaining profitable ROI and sustainable growth

Identify insights, trends, and opportunities to improve campaign performance continuously

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in Android App Marketing and Growth

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads for Apps

In-depth knowledge of CPI, CTR, CVR optimization and performance marketing metrics

Experience in building and optimizing user acquisition funnels

Strong understanding of campaign structure and audience targeting

Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks

Working knowledge of Firebase and GA4 for app performance tracking

Experience with Play Store listing optimization (ASO basics is a plus)

Ability to scale installs with profitable ROI

Knowledge of creative strategy, especially video ads for mobile apps

Analytical, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate:



1-4 years of experience in Application marketing specialist.

A growth-focused performance marketer who owns results

Someone who blends data, creativity, and experimentation
