A. Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for assigned products, regions, or customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,

including dealers, distributors, and end-users.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of steel products, including

specifications, applications, and benefits.HR,CR,GP (FLAT & LONG PRODUCTS)

4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activity, market

trends, and customer needs.

5. Sales Process Management: Manage sales processes, including lead generation, conversion,

and closure. B2B & B2C, Collaboration with Internal Teams,Adherence to Sales

Processes:

6. Order Booking and Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely order booking and fulfillment.

7. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through prompt issue

resolution and excellent service.

B. Performance Metrics:

1. Sales Volume: Achieve sales volume targets.

2. Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth.

3. Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers.

4. Customer Retention: Retain existing customers.

5. Product Mix: Achieve desired product mix.

6. Average Order Value (AOV): Increase AOV through upselling or cross-selling.

C. Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering).

2. Experience: Relevant sales experience in the steel industry or a similar sector.

3. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel products and applications.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Salary = 15000 to 20000(Best as per Industrial Standards)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
