Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent growth in assigned territory.
Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets within the North Zone.

Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), Territory Managers (TMs), and other sales staff.
Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and performance reviews
3.
Market Development & Customer Relationship:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders like doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and distributors.
Gather and analyze market intelligence - competitor activities, pricing, product feedback.
4.
Distributor & Channel Management:
Appoint and manage stockists, distributors, and ensure proper supply chain operations.
Ensure timely order execution, stock availability, and payment collections.
5.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports to the Regional/Zonal Head.
6.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all sales practices comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs.
Train team on ethical promotion, product knowledge, and industry compliance norms.
7.
Product Launches & Campaigns:
Plan and execute new product launches across the North Zone.
Ensure promotional materials are effectively utilized.
8.
Coordination with Head Office:
Act as a bridge between field operations and the corporate office.
Provide feedback from the field to product management, marketing, and training teams.
Key Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market
Territory management and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools
