Job Description

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for plywood and allied products. Expand market share by onboarding new dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Dealer & Distributor Management

Build strong relationships with channel partners. Ensure timely supply, credit management, and resolve partner issues.

Marketing & Promotion

Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Organize trade meets, exhibitions, and dealer engagement programs.

Market Development

Identify new business opportunities in construction, furniture, and interior segments. Conduct competitor analysis and suggest pricing/positioning strategies.

Team Leadership

Supervise and motivate sales executives in the assigned region. Provide training on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Share insights with senior management for strategic decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
