Organize trade meets, exhibitions, and dealer engagement programs.
Market Development
Identify new business opportunities in construction, furniture, and interior segments.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest pricing/positioning strategies.
Team Leadership
Supervise and motivate sales executives in the assigned region.
Provide training on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Share insights with senior management for strategic decision-making.
