Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the assigned region. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives or medical representatives (in pharma). Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to refine strategies and improve product positioning.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Skills Required

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Qualifications



Typically a graduate degree in business, marketing, or related fields. Prior experience as a sales representative or in frontline sales roles.in hard ware preferable in plywood or WPC sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical thinking for market and sales data interpretation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
