Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities
Generate business by targeting potential clients, distributors, and partners
Develop/execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from pitching to finalizing contracts and agreements, and coordinate with internal teams
Strong knowledge of industrial motors, their applications, and market demand
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Requires : Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Industrial Motor or Electrical Equipment sector. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
