Key Responsibilities:

Lead & manage the UGC NET team. Oversee content creation - notes, test series, question banks, and study material, faculty coordination. Ensure alignment with the latest UGC NET syllabus & exam trends. Mentor team members and conduct academic reviews. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech).
