Overall responsibility for driving the sales team for achieving primary & secondary sales targets

Responsibility of growth for area assigned.

Trade management : Develop & maintain relationship with SS / C&F, dealers/ distributors / retailers

Expand the sales coverage with width and depth

Experience to drive sales promotion in the city.

Coordination with the Depots / C&FA

Responsible for providing leadership and managing performance of ASMs / Sales officers of the assigned area

Guiding and Coaching of the sales team

Periodic review pending positions and addressing gaps

Responsible to collect data of expired goods from the market and timely disposal of the same
