Candidate can be based anywhere in Kerala . The role is field-based and focused on B2B sales and channel development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage dealer/distributor network in assigned area Drive B2B sales of solar products (inverters & related solutions) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Market visits, dealer meetings, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and service support Maintain sales reports and market feedback Requirements: Minimum 3+ years experience in B2B Solar Sales Good knowledge of Kerala solar market Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel within Kerala Self-driven and target-oriented What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance incentives Growth opportunity in a fast-growing solar company
