Job Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company targets and objectives for EPC services. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EPC Sales Team Collaboration. - Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an ASM in any Solar EPC Industry. - Knowledge: Must have knowledge of Product (Solar Panel, Batteries, Invertors). - Education: Graduate, MBA, B.Tech. - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Salary Range: - Up to 10 Lac CTC.
