Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region.
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks for vegetable seeds.
Conduct
field trials and demonstrations
to showcase product performance.
Organize and execute farmer meetings, field days, and promotional activities.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and work effectively on
cash basis transactions
.
Provide sales reports, market feedback, and demand forecasts to management.
Train and guide the sales team to improve productivity and achieve targets.
Requirements
Experience:
4-5 years in sales & marketing of
vegetable seeds
(mandatory).
Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Agriculture or related field preferred.
Language Skills:
Fluent English is a must
(written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience in
conducting field trials
.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proven track record of working on
cash basis sales
.
Basic Knowledge of MS Office
