Identify, appoint, and nurture a strong network of distributors to ensure deep market penetration and
consistent product availability.
Drive primary sales by ensuring regular orders from distributors and timely payment collections.
Conduct regular retail visits to monitor product placement, visibility, and stock levels, while gathering
market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the region. Monitor
competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
