Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location:- Punjab
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor/retailer networks, leading the field sales team, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets within the assigned territory. The role requires strong market understanding, people management skills, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
Responsibilities:-
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Manage, guide, and motivate Sales Executives/Sales Officers.
Conduct regular team reviews, target setting, and performance evaluations.
Provide on-field training and mentoring to improve team productivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
