to drive project-based business development within a defined geographic area. This role focuses on acquiring and managing large-scale projects by engaging with key decision-makers such as architects, builders, consultants, project managers, and government authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project sales--from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
Develop a robust project pipeline by mapping upcoming infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by securing orders for aluminium roofing and cladding systems.
Client & Channel Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and decision-makers.
Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and applicators to ensure seamless order execution and after-sales service.
Technical & Commercial Negotiations
Understand technical specifications of aluminium roofing products and provide accurate solutions to customers.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations for tenders and large projects.
Negotiate price, delivery, and terms of sales with clients in line with company policies.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and project progress.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with the technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and on-site demos in the region.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in
project-based sales
in construction or building material sectors (e.g., roofing, cladding, structural steel, etc.).
Strong network with
builders, consultants, architects, and contractors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
