Handle and grow relationships with key architects, premium contractors, builders, and corporate clients.
Drive achievement of sales targets and enhance market share across the assigned territory.
Execute business strategies, sales plans, and innovative approaches to drive market penetration.
Conduct architect meets, product presentations, and group events for market development.
Lead brand-building initiatives through exhibitions, trade events, and industry partnerships.
Implement strategic selling techniques, including multilevel relationship building and technical product presentations.
Provide hands-on team leadership delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Maintain strong customer relationships and manage end-to-end sales operations in a competitive, quality-driven environment
