Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive the distribution and sales of our Mobile EMI Key Software. The candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, appointing distributors, and ensuring smooth sales execution in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners for Mobile EMI Key products.
Generate sales leads through field visits, B2B contacts, and dealer engagement.
Educate distributors and retailers on the EMI locking software features and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, dealers, and resellers.
Conduct product demonstrations and basic training for partners.
Collect market feedback and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have field sales experience, preferably in mobile, software, or electronic products.
Strong networking skills to build new distribution channels.
Good communication and negotiation ability.
Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary & Incentives:
CTC: ₹25,000 -
45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives + distributor appointment bonus
