Positions Available:

Delhi - NCR (HQ) & Lucknow (HQ) - Looking for local candidates only based at the respective HQ locations.

Work Experience Criteria:

We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.

Min. 5 - 10 years of Sales experience in Diagnostics / Pharma / Healthcare, etc.

The candidate has to have relevant experience of meeting Oncologist Doctors in his / her current role is a must.

Role Responsibilities:

Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan. Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching. Explain and facilitate adoption of the company's tests by the Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
