Job Description

Area Sales Manager for kitchen appliances to achieve sales targets within a specific geographical area, focusing on adding super stockist, dealer and distributor management and market share growth in Punjab, Haryana & Uttar Pradesh.

Key responsibilities: - Setting sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, training and managing key accounts, and reporting performance to senior management. The candidate requires strong sales, leadership, and relationship-building skills, often with a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in the home appliance kitchen appliances or consumer electronics industry.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base within the designated area. Channel Management: Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders, managing their performance and ensuring effective product distribution. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and product placement strategies. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for volume, value, and revenue in the assigned territory. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute sell-out programs and promotions for new products and special deals to boost sales. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Sales Acumen: Strong skills in sales strategy, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with super stockist, dealers, distributors, and key clients. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of kitchen appliances, their features, and benefits. Business Development: Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Job Experience: - Previous experience as a Sales Senior Executive 4-6 years or Area Sales Manager 2-4 years in the home appliance or consumer electronics sector is typically necessary. Communications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team interaction. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
