We are hiring a Franchise Development Manager (ASM) to expand a fast-growing generic pharmacy franchise store network.
Responsibilities
Identify and convert franchise partners
Manage franchise sales (business development ) pipeline and closures
Conduct presentations and commercial negotiations
Coordinate onboarding and store launch support
Achieve franchise acquisition targets
Requirements
4-8 years experience in franchise sales or channel expansion
FMCG / consumer goods / OTC Retail background preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Willingness to travel within assigned region
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?13,553.96 - ?48,984.01 per month
