We//'re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our retail and general trade footprint
Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
Appoint, manage & grow distributors and sub-stockists
Ensure numeric & weighted distribution growth across general trade
Own outlet-level execution: visibility, planograms, schemes, etc
Monitor and achieve monthly targets in volume, value, and visibility KPIs.
Train, lead, and energize a team of Sales Officers
Analyze competitor activities and field intelligence to course-correct market strategies
Regular beat planning and market visits to ensure ground-level execution.
Who We//'re Looking For:
4-8 years of sales experience in FMCG/D2C brands
Strong experience in North East market handling is a plus.
Proven expertise in distributor/channel management and retail execution.
Go-getter attitude with strong communication and team management skills.
* Fluency in the local language (Assamese) is an added advantage.
