Job Description

1. Sales and Account Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Tea's products and increase sales within the General Trade sector.

Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and conducting market research.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and resolution of any customer issues.

2. Sales and Account Management:

Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate GT customers about the benefits and features of Tea's .

3. Market Analysis and Reporting:

Gather market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to develop sales strategies and improve product offerings.

Analyze sales data and track performance against targets, providing regular reports to management on sales trends, achievements, and challenges.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and revenue growth within the GT channel.

4. Events and Trade Shows:

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and special events targeting the GT sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
