Key Responsibilities:
Dealer & Distributor Network Development
Identify, appoint, and onboard
new dealers and distributors
in assigned cities and territories.
Develop strong channel relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Expand market presence through strategic network planning and territory coverage.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
Market Expansion & Brand Presence
Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Increase brand visibility through dealer meets, electrician meets, and promotional activities.
Ensure effective implementation of company schemes and trade offers.
Channel Management & Support
Train dealers, distributors, and their sales teams on product features and applications.
Resolve channel partner issues related to pricing, supply, credit, and service.
Ensure healthy stock levels and timely collections.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and expansion updates to management.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and accounts for smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification:
