About the Role:
JK Masale is looking for a passionate and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the spices industry with proven expertise in distributor management, retail expansion, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. Appoint and manage distributors/stockists to strengthen market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and trade partners. Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and brand promotion in the market. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Plan and implement promotional schemes to drive secondary sales. Conduct regular field visits and ensure proper market coverage. Submit timely sales reports and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:
Graduated in any discipline

8-10 years of field sales experience (must be from the spices industry - current/last company)

Age below 40 years

Must own a two-wheeler

Key Skills:
Strong in distributor & retail management

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated

Salary: ₹45,000 - ?55,000 (NTH) + Other Allowances

TA & Bonus: As per company policy
