Achieve sales targets for the assigned area
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers
Appoint and develop new dealers and channel partners
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis and share feedback with management
Lead, train, and monitor the field sales team
Implement product promotions, schemes, and marketing activities
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and forecasts
Monitor collections, credit control, and stock movement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
9+ years of experience in sales or area management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
