Guide and support
Sales Executives / Relationship Officers
in the field.
Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and joint field visits.
Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to improve productivity.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
