Job Description

Sales & Business Development



Achieve monthly and annual

sales targets

for vehicles and allied products. Develop and implement

area-wise sales strategies

to increase market penetration. Identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners in North Bangalore. Monitor competition, pricing trends, and market dynamics.

Dealer & Channel Management



Manage and support

dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets

within the assigned territory. Ensure dealership adherence to company policies, branding, and processes. Conduct regular dealer reviews, sales planning, and performance tracking.

Team Management



Guide and support

Sales Executives / Relationship Officers

in the field. Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and joint field visits. Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to improve productivity.

Customer Relationship Management



Build strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients. Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
