About the Role:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Mortgage business in the assigned geography through Direct and DSA channels. The role involves team management, business development, market expansion, and portfolio quality control.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Home Loan and LAP acquisition through Direct and DSA channels
• Manage, guide, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers
• Achieve area-level disbursement and revenue targets
• Develop strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and market influencers
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure policy adherence
• Conduct joint calls and support high-value case closures
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
