Immediate Hiring - Assistant (On-site)

Location: Indore

Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken & written)

Join the team behind The Calorie Man - led by celebrity nutritionist Suraj Thakuria, who works with 15+ IPL players and has transformed the lives of over 4000 clients across India.

We're looking for a full-time Assistant to help manage leads, support client communication, and coordinate daily operations from our Indore office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management

Filter and qualify incoming leads based on intent and interest Nurture leads through timely follow-ups on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels
2. Client Communication

Send reminders to clients for regular updates and check-ins Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all conversations
3. Team Coordination

Stay updated on client progress by working closely with the internal team Assist in tracking tasks and ensuring timely support
4. Social Media Engagement

Respond promptly to Instagram DMs and inquiries Follow up with potential leads and guide them through the onboarding process

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented personality Strong understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp & basic online tools Quick learner, organised, and ready to work from our Indore office Prior sales or client-handling experience is a plus!

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
