Festivals from India is hiring on behalf of ASIGN for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX and a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating user-centric designs. As a UI/UX Designer at ASIGN, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products.

• This is an on-site, full-time position based in Chennai.

• Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma is a must and clean, well-organized Figma files with thoughtful design documentation are highly valued.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other industry-standard tools is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for better collaboration with devs)
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
Working knowledge about conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Essential Experience:
Minimum 5-6 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creativity in web and mobile applications.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Strong and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
