Festivals From India is hiring a Partner Operations Lead on behalf of their client ASIGN in Chennai. This role ensures the smooth execution of catalogue management, lead attribution, commission tracking, and partner tier monitoring. The position requires strong coordination with internal teams to maintain data accuracy, streamline partner processes, and support overall partner engagement and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, affiliate/CRM management, or revenue operations.

• Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Proven experience managing attribution workflows, payout processes, and operational reporting.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, data, and finance teams.
