Festivals From India is hiring for their client ASIGN a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function across all core areas -- from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, compliance, and culture. The role calls for a hands-on HR professional experienced in supporting technical teams or product-driven organizations, who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence. This individual will also manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent aligned with its mission and values.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years of HR experience, including exposure to technical product organisations or tech-driven teams.
Proven experience in both HR operations and recruitment/pipeline management, preferably in a start-up environment.
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Demonstrated success in building employee engagement programs and managing HR projects end-to-end.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of and experience with HR softwares like Zoho People
