Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Asian Cook

to join our culinary team in Yelahanka, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, or other regional specialties. You should be skilled in wok cooking, sauces, and presentation, with a strong understanding of authentic flavors and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present Asian dishes according to standard recipes and quality expectations. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored appropriately. Manage food preparation and cooking timelines during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support overall operations.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in cooking Asian cuisine in a professional kitchen. Good knowledge of Asian ingredients, spices, sauces, and cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
