Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a range of Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, or other regional specialties).
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, taste standards, and hygiene guidelines.
Plan and manage food preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items.
Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and timely service.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Asian Chef or in a similar role (restaurant/hotel background preferred).
Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and passionate about cooking.
Salary:
