Main Goal
xc2xb7 Following the reorganization of the QSE-CSR department and to achieve VISION 2030 objectives, we are looking for a QSE & CSR regional lead for ASIA.
xc2xb7 To create a sustainable benefit for business (risk, performance, compliance, ESG score), people (safety, attractivity), society (communities, environment)
xc2xb7 QSE-CSR at HMC has five pillars: Quality, Safety, Environment & CSR, Seed Regulatory, and Risk Management and Support.
xc2xb7 The main purpose of the role is to:
o Define and adjust the QSE & CSR strategy in the region, contribute to the global QSE strategy in line with the company 2030 objectives
o Partner with function to propose tactical actions and projects to implement to execute the strategy
o Be accountable for QSE & CSR risk prevention and compliance, ensure adherence to QSE policies and standards
o Improve QSE KPIs
o Deploy continuous improvement across functions to reach sustainable performance on QSE

xc2xb7 Be an active member of the global QSE & CSR leadership team and Regional Extended ExeCom
Job description
The regional lead's missions has 2 main components:
- Regional management for all QSE pillars, ensure strong focus on quality topics (quality mandatory for all profiles)
- Be an active member on the global QSE management team and extended ExeCom
xc2xb7 As regional QSE CSR Lead:
o Implement QSE strategy
xc2xa7 Define and update QSE strategy in his region, in line with other global policies and company strategy, considering internal and external context
xc2xa7 Contributes to global QSE policy and strategy
xc2xa7 Implement the strategy in his region by converting it into actions, prioritizing projects from site risk management to any other relevant business process
xc2xa7 Partners with function to support and embed QSE in all relevant domains and to set objectives and action plans
xc2xa7 Ensure that any new project or initiative includes QSE & CSR stakes
o Ensure deployment of means and monitor implementation
xc2xa7 Develop, implement, and maintain systems and procedures related to QSE to improve performance and skills constantly
xc2xa7 Develop company IMS
xc2xa7 Put in place relevant KPIs and set up appropriate monitoring routines to follow up
xc2xa7 Implement QSE continuous improvement routines and action plans,
xc2xa7 Contribute to change management (risks)
xc2xa7 Support continuous improvement methods across the company
xc2xa7 Engage people at any level (QSE network and stakeholders) to ensure proper execution of actions, partners with function to assign priorities and resources
xc2xa7 Prioritize and manage QSE project portfolio, using gate change methods
o Compliance and adherence to rules
xc2xa7 Organize and coordinate seed regulatory affairs in his region, in line with global regulatory affairs
xc2xa7 Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, as well with internal standards, establishing action plans to communicate and implement these requirements
xc2xa7 Co-Define and ensure completion of the QSE internal and external audit plans, ensure execution of resulting actions
xc2xa7 Ensure application of QSE rules, in particular Health and Safety. Implement check inspection procedures (Diagnosis, gemba walks, audits, xe2x80xa6)
xc2xa7 Manage QSE incidents
xc2xa7 Advise and inform all functions on QSE questions
o Communication and QSE culture development
xc2xa7 Promote QSE policy toward all employees and organize awareness actions (events, newsletter, xe2x80xa6)
xc2xa7 Develop QSE training and awareness plans for all relevant collaborators
xc2xa7 Issue regular activity reports and performance dashboard, in particular for the regular management reviews
xc2xa7 Be the QSE topics representative toward external authorities and internal official structures (work councilxe2x80xa6)
o Risk management
xc2xa7 Identify, prevent and manage all QSE risks, initiate and follow actions
xc2xa7 Perform the risk mapping process in his region
xc2xa7 Manage regional crisis
o Team management
xc2xa7 Lead and manage direct and indirect QSE team members regular team reviews, regular 1:1 reviews etcxe2x80xa6
