Responsibilities:
Perimeter: Workstations, Helpdesk*
As Corporate reference center, define Group and Regional standards on specific topics in line with the Center of Excellence direction.*
+ Manage Desktop as a Service , Thinclients
+ Internal IT Quality Tool (e-VIQCT)
Deploy Group and Regional infrastructure standards in all sites.*
Facilitate synergies between the different regions.*
Consolidate expertise,manage and train the Endpoint team*
Manage high complexity problems not treated by Helpdesk*
Interact with vendor expert teams.*
Select and manage Regional outsourcers.*
Define & ensure different levels of service.*
Promote innovation at Regional level.*
Drive regional and country projects*
