POSITION DETAILS
JOB PURPOSE
Design, install, troubleshoot and maintain TSBB Network
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with the complex network & switching systems.
2. Configure networks to ensure smooth working of data services.
3. Evaluates technical issues related to network and resolve it at the earliest
4. Oversee new and existing telecom equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, hardware and software upgrades.
5. Keep Hardware faults to 1% w.r.t installed network elements
6. RMA Generations for hardware inventory of respective vendors
7. Spare management & timely availability / replacements of Spares
8. Work order management with in TAT
9. PMT of ISP equipment as per schedule & field support
10. Guidance to field team for HW/SW faults restorations
11. Work orders Material tracking & Management
12. Change management as per process

1. Safeguard the organization\xe2\x80\x99s processes and policies.
2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
4. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy
